As Academics for Peace – Germany, we organized our first in person meeting on May 21, 2022 at the Bavul Kunst und Kultur Café in Berlin after a long period of time since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. Two members of our association gave talks on the history and future of our association. Muzaffer Kaya presented the story of the association’s establishment and Şerif Fırat continued on with the possible future directions the association might take. Each presentation was followed by a discussion session where the members raised their questions and we discussed together for answers.
